Happy 18th b-day NY temple!

Today marks the 18th anniversary of the Shinnyo-en NY temple in White Plains. It was on June 18, 1994 that Her Holiness Keishu Shinso conducted the grand opening/dedication ceremony.

Outside venue training in DC 6/16-17!!!

We are having the outside venue training (with sesshin) in the Washington DC area this weekend.  Info is as you see below: Sat Jun 16 at 1pm: Prayer Gathering Featuring a talk by Rev. Updates on June 2012 Schedule

Please note that there is an additional temple cleaning at 10am on June 10th at the NY Temple for Balcony Cleaning!!!  This event is open to all in the sangha.

Also, the Young Adults (YA) are hosting a Prayers for Tomorrow gathering at the NY Temple at 10am on June 9th in remembrance of Kyodoin-sama.  This is open to all.  However, the Y's Day (official start of the new YA year) to be held immediately after the Prayers for Tomorrow is open to youth members only.
