New Annex Dedication!!!

We are happy to report that under the compassion and guidance of the buddhas and with your support, we were able to complete the dedication for the new annex building at Shinnyo-en New York on June 28, 2011.  The ceremony took place under sunny conditions, as 147 people gathered for the occasion, including former Mayor (of the city of White Plains) Delfino.  Here are some images of the "NEW LOOK" Shinnyo-en New York Temple:

Looking back, it was on June 18^th, 1994 that the opening of the Shinnyo-en New York temple was held by Shinnyo Keishu-sama.  It is truly a blessing to have been able to celebrate the dedication of the new annex building in the same month, from which we feel even more of the support of the Shinnyo Parents and the Two Dojis.  With deep appreciation to Shinnyo Keishu-sama for giving us this new place to train, we the members at the New York temple will vow to continue our efforts of Mahayana altruism, and push forward to the centennial of Shoju Shin’in-sama’s birth!
