Central Park Cleaning Gohoshi Updates

Hello Everyone! This coming Saturday Oct. 22nd we will be doing a Gohoshi cleaning in Manhattan's Central Park. There is a wonderful vibe at this Gohoshi so please come if you have time. Everyone is welcome followers and non-followers, all ages EXCEPT children (sorry!). There is still plenty of space, please email dmmclean@gmail.com if you would like to come. We will be meeting at East 97th St and Fifth Avenue at 9:30 am Saturday morning. We will head into the park together. If you have difficulties or arrive late, please call David McLean at 917-514-4806. This will be a weeding project in an area that is extremely overgrown. Please dress appropriately for getting dirty. Closed toe shoes are a must. We recommend long sleeve shirt and long pants. The Conservancy will provide the gloves and tools needed as well as water for everyone. The cleaning will be from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm. See you there!

Directions from the Consercancy to get to work site (although we will meet together beforehand!). Please enter the Park at Fifth Avenue and 97th Street. Take the pedestrian pathway straight to the east drive (top of short set of stairs). Cross the east drive at the traffic light and take either the pedestrian pathway or the bridle path on your left up the hill. At the top of the hill, look to you right and you will see the white Consercancy van.
